  12. Can someone explain to me why I'm suppose to tolerate exceptions with
  13. cut and paste in the 5.0 IDE following a clean install, clean boot, w
  14. and w/o the patch, etc?  NT 3.51 with SP 3, 32MB, lots of free space,
  15. etc, etc.

  17. Clearly this must be a deliberate design decision on the part of
  18. Borland's because it happens so frequently..
