- Can someone explain to me why I'm suppose to tolerate exceptions with
- cut and paste in the 5.0 IDE following a clean install, clean boot, w
- and w/o the patch, etc? NT 3.51 with SP 3, 32MB, lots of free space,
- etc, etc.

- Clearly this must be a deliberate design decision on the part of
- Borland's because it happens so frequently..
